The order form said it would be sent in 7 to 10 business days. It was sent in 2 days. Very fast service. It's a great gun to teach others to shoot and seems to work fine. When you get it It seems a little stiff but a good oiling and shot a few rounds through it and it's smooth. It my not be as smooth at my Smith and Wesson 357 but it's not 900 $ either. Great pistol I'm glad I got it

I have to heritage rough rider pistol I bought at the same time and never had any trouble with ether gun they are both 22LR and now I want to step up to the 22mag hand down great gun great price I suggest anyone to try this company out

You definitely need if you only have 22lr for your heritage revolver......or vise versa, you need to get the 22lr if yours came with a wmr cylinder. Better to have two different ammo configurations than one especially with the times of the world unfortunately.....God bless!!!

well every one hear me pound for pound this mag is awesome,power pack machine.heritage mfg hit a home run on this gig,some and think less of 22 weponds but its probably ranks on stopping power.22 mag if use the proper ammo that heritage ask you do then its a no brainer myself cc iwmr ammo is the best,but its a little more cost wise.i really like my rr thats why i bought a case of them and give the best christmas to family and grandkids.the price is super and dependable product made in usa,so if you buy one should buy 3 more best gun for newbies and oldschool,you may want to dress it up a little grips and etc.. not me like plain and simple,so thanks heritage for a great usa product.semper fi whoraw

After reading overwhelming complaints to Better Business Bureau after I purchased my 22 small bore in regard to extended supply time to fill orders and to answer phone calls, I was pleasantly surprise to find out that my 22 WRF cylinder was shipped the same day that I ordered it online. Shipping info was not automatically updated on my order page but four days after I placed my order, I checked and found shipping status and tracking information. I called the company to verify my order status. I used the call back phone option rather than wait and had a return call within 20 minutes. My shipping info was verified and told I would receive my cylinder the next day. Much to my surprise and delight, the cylinder was delivered less than 3 hours later Absolutely satisfied with Heritage MFG parts department and customer service. What ever problems that others have experienced has been corrected and based upon my experience, you can buy with confidence.

I purchased my Rough Rider used, in perfect condition. It shoots perfect. This is my first revolver. Definitely won't be my last.

The rough rider is the best single action pistol I have ever owned. And. I have owned many different brands. But. I wouldn’t trade my rough rider for any of them.
